Non custom items can be shipped back within 10 days of receipt for a refund less any shipping costs involved. The item has to be received in the same new, unused, condition it was shipped and you must call us first to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Any items being shipped back without an RMA number or not in new condition may be sent back to you at your own expense. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs or damages incurred in shipping the item back. You may call us at 1-800-792-7872 M-F 10-5PM EST to get an RMA number.
All orders are shipped with FedEx. Samples may be shipped via USPS, unless expedited service is requested. We are located in Georgia so any Georgia residents will receive FedEx ground shipping. The following FedEx services are available:
- FedEx Ground
- FedEx Standard Overnight - Not available to GA
- FedEx 2Day - Not available to GA
- FedEx Express Saver - Not available to AK, GA, HI
Please note that some of the listed FedEx services may not be available to certain regions not listed. We are located in Georgia and you may use FedEx Time In Transit calculator to get an estimated shipping time. The origin zip code is 30076.
